Reducing the number of days cloud backups are kept

We continuously analyze the usage of our services to provide you with only what is truly valuable, while maintaining a balance between quality and cost.

Based on statistics and support requests, we have observed that over 99% of backup restorations occur within the first 14 days. Requests for restorations beyond this period are practically nonexistent.

Therefore, and to avoid a significant increase in the cost of our services, we have decided to reduce the backup retention period from 30 to 14 days starting from June 1, 2025.

This will allow us to:

• maintain stable pricing for our plans;
• use resources more efficiently, as we store backups in three independent locations — Ukraine, Europe, and outside the risk region;
• remain flexible and resilient to external challenges.
